All seemed good until I started playing online games and I would get these lag spikes every 3 - 4 min I would say. its sudden but when a lag spike happens everything freezes up ingame for about 1 second, then goes back to normal. I have try changing settings and just about everything, including firewalls, antivirus, network settings, disk checking, defragging, and some other settings.
I did however find the solution to the problem. a very bad solution. somehow when ever im torrenting (using utorrent) my lag spikes disappear. I have tried many times this method and proofen to have work.
however I want to find a permanent solution to this problem instead of turning on a torrent everything I want to play online games. if anyone here has any ideas, suggestions, or past experience with similar problems please leave a post here.
thanks!!
